My favorite styles of Kagaya are his stars & flowers. You’ll find that his style of stars & flowers drawings are very nice. If you want to know more about Kagaya, visit his website – here. Albert Lie’s note – These artworks represents some unique figures that widely known all over the world. From the top to bottom are Venus, Cassiopeia, Artemis, Phoenix, Vega, Kaguya, Pegasus & Andromeda. Each character has their own unique story and personality. On these artworks, Kagaya have tried to illustrate their image beautifully.
Venus – Morning Star
When the voices of gods go away in the heaven, There appears the golden light in the Eastern sky. The magnificent beam of light is overwhelming. Any soul will sigh with a fascination of the elegant figure. Love is blessed in the heaven by the goddess of eternal beauty, Venus. Taking off a veil for the dawn, she reflects her beautiful face really is on the surface of the lake.
Cassiopeia
The glorious queen of ancient Ethiopia. In the northern sky, She is destined to dream an everlasting dream, Sitting back in the picturesque chair of the five stars. In her maternal dream, Pretty Andoromeda may smile a lovely smile in the breeze Standing still in the flower garden overlooking the sea.
Artemis
Drawing the silver bow to the full, Artemis, the goddess of the moon and hunting, is going to release a blessing arrow of light. If you want to have purity, Come on the hill, and you can have breeze from the moonbow. If you want to have a good hunting, Come in the woods, and you can have light from the moon.
Phoenix – Eternal Wings
The mythology tells: Phoenix, with beautifully shining feathers, on the last day of his life of five centuries, throws himself into the blazing fire. The painting tells: Phoenix, with brilliantly shining feathers, on the first day of his life for coming centuries, is just flying up into the blessing sky. You know why Phoenix is: The symbol of blaze, revival, resurrection, immortality and the sun.
Pegasus – Wings for Freedom
When he gallops on the ground, his hoof tracks will become fountains of artistic inspirations. When he flies in the sky, a rider on his back will be able to reach Heaven. The creature of intellect with strong white wings, born in the sea, is free to travel on the ground and in the sky like a swift wind, like a holy light.
Vega – Legend of the Milky Way
The Goddess of Weaving, a daughter of the great God of Hosts She does nothing but weaving having a passion concealed beneath Longing for her loved one, Altair, separated by the silver river Dreaming of their rendezvous just once a year at the night of waning moon.
Kaguya – From Japanese old tale “Bamboo-cutter Story”
She tells the old foster-parents who found her in a bamboo thicket and have brought her up with lots of love; “I am not a common human being in this world. I am a Moonian. I came down from the Moon as I was destined to. And now it’s time for me to return home. My compatriots are coming for me on the night of next Full Moon. I must go with them. I’ve been in sorrow since last spring to think that you will grieve over my leaving.”
Andromeda
Every morning when Eos, the goddess of dawn, with the rosy fingers, drops stars and dews on the silence, Princess Andromeda is cleansing herself alone in the lake. She prays, in the water as pure and clean as she, “May our home country be in peace.” Everything goes quietly, deeply and moderately, before the south-eastern wind, Euros, comes.
